IMPORTANT: THE INSTALLATION CHECKLIST FOUND WITHIN THE WARRANTY INFORMATION CARD MUST BE FOLLOWED.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE WARRANY BEING VOIDED.

All claims will require detailed invoices/receipts proving that all our conditions were met at the time of the product installation. Failure to produce this evidence upon filling the Warranty Claim Form will void warranty entitlement. Warranty Periods

As defined in the AHS Warrant Information Card and the AHS terms and conditions Warranty Period means:

(a) for an Exchange Product installed (or to be installed) in the engine of:

(i) a Private Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle or Four Wheel Drive Vehicle - 12 months from the date on which the Customer received that Cylinder Head from AHS or the time period taken for that Motor Vehicle (with that Cylinder Head installed) to travel 20,000km following the Customer’s receipt of that Cylinder Head from AHS
(whichever period expires first);
(ii) an industrial, commercial, agricultural, marine or construction machine where usage is customarily recorded in hours - 12 months from the date on which the Customer received that Cylinder Head from AHS or the time period taken for that machine (with that Cylinder Head installed) to be used up to 2,000 hours following the Customer’s receipt of that Cylinder Head from AHS (whichever
period expires first); or
(iii) a Limited Warranty Vehicle – 3 months from the date on which the
Customer received that Cylinder Head from AHS; and

(b) for a Vehicle Owner Product installed (or to be installed) in the engine
of:

(i) a Private Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle or Four Wheel Drive Vehicle - 9 months from the date on which the Customer received that Cylinder Head from AHS or the time period taken for that Motor Vehicle (with that Cylinder Head installed) to travel 15,000km following the Customer’s receipt of that Cylinder Head from AHS
(whichever period expires first);
(ii) an industrial, commercial, agricultural, marine or construction machine where usage is customarily recorded in hours - 9 months from the date on which the Customer received that Cylinder Head from AHS or the time period taken for that machine (with that Cylinder Head installed) to be used up to 1,000 hours following the Customer’s receipt of that Cylinder Head from AHS (whichever
period expires first); or
(iii) a Limited Warranty Vehicle – 3 months from the date on which the Customer received that Cylinder Head from AHS, or in each case, any longer period required by law.

(c) for parts manufactured by third parties, where AHS acts as a reseller, the warranty period and liaiblity for the warranty will be defined by the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions.
