AHS means All Head Services (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 54 143 407 694 as trustee of the All Head Services (Aust) Unit Trust, or a Related Body Corporate of that company, as specified in or contemplated by a Contract as being the supplier of the relevant Products.

⚠️ Please Read Before Ordering

By placing an order with All Head Services you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Trade. These terms cover all sales of products and services including cylinder heads, engine components, exchange programme transactions and jobbing shop services. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

Key Terms at a Glance

Payment Credit card, bank transfer, Capricorn account or Afterpay. Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exchange Basis All remanufactured cylinder heads are sold on an exchange basis. A core deposit applies and the original head must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
Warranty Warranty periods vary by product type and vehicle application. The installation checklist must be completed. Refer to the Warranty Terms and Claims page for full details.
Returns Returns are subject to AHS approval. Products must be in original condition and returned within the period specified in the full Terms and Conditions.
Freight Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. AHS organises freight collection for exchange programme cores — contact admin@allhead.com.au.
Liability AHS liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions PDF.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
